Thank you for your application to a Board and/or Committee.

Providing applications are received by the due date or earlier than four (4) days in advance if no specified due date, the Office of the Clerk receives applications and brings them to the next Regular Meeting of Council in closed session (pursuant to 239.2 (b) of the Municipal Act, 2001) where Council reviews vacancies, applicants, eligibility, and authorizes appointment of chosen individuals.

All applicants will be contacted by the Office of the Clerk following decision making.
