Yoga – Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices which work on developing control, flexibility, and balance. This instructor led program will take you through a variety of yoga poses which have been adapted for a variety of abilities and skill levels.
Tai Chi – Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for self-defense and health. This practice is a gentle form of physical activity with benefits to mental and physical wellbeing. This instructor led class is a great opportunity to be introduced to the practice. The class has been adapted for a variety of abilities and skill levels.
Line Dancing – Join the group as we explore a variety of popular line dances that will challenge you both physically and cognitively. Each class, the group explores another set line dance to practice and master.
Cards – Join us for some classic favorites including Bridge, Cribbage, Smear and 500!
The Wood Workshop – The wood workshop is open daily from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
