2026 Budget Request - Correspondence, Speak to Council

This form is for Stakeholders to submit correspondence or ask to speak in front of Council as part of the 2026 Budget - Public Meeting. This will take place Monday, September 22nd, at 5:30pm. Please use this form no later than Thursday, September 18th by 12:00pm.

Please note, you do not have to complete this form. All present, in-person and virtual, will be called upon by Council as part of the meeting asking if they'd like the opportunity to stand before them. You will have up to ten (10) minutes.

Notice of Collection of Personal Information

Personal information contained in this correspondence is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001 and will be used by the Town of Fort Frances to confirm the authenticity of the submission and to support consideration of the matter by Council. Submissions may be made available to the public as part of the official Council agenda. Agendas published online will have personal contact information redacted; however, unredacted copies may be available for viewing in-person or upon request, in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA), R.S.O. 1990, c. M.56.
