NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL MEETING TIME
Notice is given of the meeting time for the Regular Meeting of Council on Monday, December 8th, 2025 which is scheduled for 5:30pm (1730 hours).
Prior to the Regular Meeting of Council, a Special Meeting for purposes of the 2026 Capital Budget is taking place at 4:30pm (1630 hours).

Notice is hereby given that the following Special Meeting of Council has been called in accordance with the Procedural By-Law and the Municipal Act to be held in the Council Chambers located at 320 Portage Ave Fort Frances, ON relating to Point Park litigation costs.
- Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.
This meeting will be closed to the public pursuant to Section 239 (2) (e) (f) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25 as amended.

WHEREAS, 261 railway crossing and trespassing incidents occurred in Canada in 2024, resulting in 68 avoidable fatalities and 58 avoidable serious injuries; and

WHEREAS, by the virtue of the Franco-Ontarian Day Act, which was legislated on April 26th, 2010, it is declared that September 25th of each year be recognized as Franco-Ontarian Day throughout the province of Ontario; and
