Council Correspondence

Use this form to ensure all necessary information required by the Clerk for the purposes of bringing matters and requests forward to Council is complete.

Submissions must include your name, address, and a brief message or letter outlining your request or comments. Under "Mayor and Members of Council", please enter the full text of your correspondence here, or include a brief summary of your submission if attaching your supporting letter/documents.

Notice of Collection of Personal Information

Personal information contained in this correspondence is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001 and will be used by the Town of Fort Frances to confirm the authenticity of the submission and to support consideration of the matter by Council.

Submissions may be made available to the public as part of the official Council agenda. Agendas published online will have personal contact information redacted; however, unredacted copies may be available for viewing in-person or upon request, in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA), R.S.O. 1990, c. M.56.
