Bidders are cautioned that the timing of their Submission is based on when the Proposal is RECEIVED by the Tendering System, not when a Proposal is submitted, as Proposal transmission can be delayed due to file transfer size, transmission speed, etc.

After which time such proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud at the Fort Frances Civic Centre, 320 Portage Avenue, Fort Frances, Ontario.
Bidders should contact bids&tenders support listed below, at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the closing time and date, if they encounter any problems. The Tendering System will send a confirmation email to the Bidder advising that their Proposal was submitted successfully. If you do not receive a confirmation email, contact bids&tenders support at support@bidsandtenders.ca
Late Proposals are not permitted by the Tendering System.

The Corporation of the Town of Fort Frances (the “Town”) reserves the right to reject any or all Proposal, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the contract in the best interest of the Town, in its sole and unfettered discretion. Proposal award may have to be approved by Council. Please ensure all other documents are thoroughly reviewed for all terms, conditions and requirements.
