Landfill Site

Hours of Operation:

9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m (Monday - Friday)
10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Saturday)
Closed Sunday and Holidays.

The Fort Frances Landfill Site is located off of McIrvine Road, on Balsam Street. The Public can contact the Landfill Site Contractor between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, at (807) 274-6898.

Tipping fees are enforced - $72.80 per metric tonne - minimum charge of $18.00 per load.

NOTE: Free Tipping Yard Waste Days on May 11, 2024  and November 2, 2024.        Hazardous Waste day  -September 14, 2024.
