TAKE NOTICE that the Committee of Adjustment for the Corporation of the Town of Fort Frances will consider
the following application submitted under Section 45 of the Planning Act, R.S.O.1990, c. P.13 at a meeting to
be held on Friday, June 19, 2015 at 10:30 a.m., in the Committee Room of the Civic Centre, 320 Portage
Avenue, Fort Frances, On.

• File A4/2015 – 1108 Second Street East - This is an application submitted in accordance with section
45(1) seeking relief from section 3.2 (g) and (h) of Zoning By-Law 03/14 and will, if approved, permit an
accessory building to be 1 metre from the main building where 2 metres is required, and increase the
maximum lot coverage for accessory buildings from 15% to 15.81%, respectively. The subject property is
located in the Residential Type One (R1) zone.

Additional information regarding the application is available to the public between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm on
regular workdays at the Planning Department of the Civic Centre, 320 Portage Avenue.
