TOWN OF FORT FRANCES
COMMITTEE OF ADJUSTMENT

TAKE NOTICE that a meeting of the Committee of Adjustment for the Corporation of the Town of Fort Frances will be held on Wednesday April 17, 2024 at 5:30 p.m., in the Committee Room of the Fort Frances Civic Centre to consider the following application submitted under Section 45 of the Planning Act, R.S.O.1990, c. P.13, as amended:

• File A2-2024 – 1021 First Street East - This application is to request variance from the accessory building max height of 5m to allow for a max height of 5.95m at 1021 First Street East.

Any person may attend this meeting and/or make written or verbal representation either in support of or in opposition to an application or be represented by counsel for that purpose.

If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Town of Fort Frances Committee of Adjustment in respect of the proposed request for minor variance, you must make a written request to the Municipal Planner at the address below.

Additional information and material regarding this application is available for public inspection through various means of distribution on weekdays between 8:30am and 4:30pm.
