Committee of Adjustment Meeting July 16th, 2025

TAKE NOTICE that a meeting of the Committee of Adjustment for the Corporation of the Town of Fort Frances will be held on Wednesday July 16th, 2025 at 5:30 p.m., in the Committee Room of the Fort Frances Civic Centre to consider the following application submitted under Section 45 of the Planning Act, R.S.O.1990, c. P.13, as amended:

 

  • File A4-2025 – 652 Third Street East This application is to request variance from the Zoning By-law to permit a reduction in the side yard setback for accessory buildings to 0.92m.

 

Any person may attend this meeting and/or make written or verbal representation either in support of or in opposition to an application or be represented by counsel for that purpose.

If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Town of Fort Frances Committee of Adjustment in respect of the proposed request for minor variance, you must make a written request to the Municipal Planner at the address below.
