As floodwaters recede and clean-up efforts continue, effective August 4th, 2022, the following areas will reopen to pedestrian and vehicular traffic:
- Front Street
- Front Street walking path
- Front Street bike path
- Front Street Fitness Equipment
- Sorting Gap Marina
- Sorting Gap Gas Docks
- Rainy Lake Sports Dock
- Point Park (see below re: Calder Drive closure to vehicular traffic)
- Point Park Tenting Area
- Point Park Campsites
To ensure the safety of the public while clean-up efforts continue to take place, the following closures (pedestrian and vehicular) remain in place:
- Sorting Gap Playground
- Lookout Tower
- The Hallet
- River Front Docks
- Point Park Beaches
- Point Park Playground
- Point Park Ball Diamond
- Calder Drive (loop by Vanjura Ball Diamond closed to vehicular traffic)
- Seven Oaks
