2023 Citizen of the Year Award

Congratulations to Duane and Grace Cridland on being the recipients of the 2023 Citizen of the Year Award. 

Mayor Hallikas stated "we are grateful for your unwavering service and dedication to our community. Your tireless efforts and commitment have not gone unnoticed. In recognition of your outstanding contributions, we are delighted to announce that you Duane and Grace have been selected as the 2023 Citizen of the Year. Your dedication and hard work have had a profound impact on the betterment of Fort Frances, and we believe this recognition is well-deserved". 

The formal presentation in their honour took place in the Council Chambers at the Civic Centre, on November 14, 2023, where Mayor Hallikas presented them a plaque in recognition of their service and dedication to our community.
