P.13, as amended:

File A9-2021 – 550 Osborne Street - This application is to request a minor variance to allow two accessory buildings (gazebos) in the front yard.
File A10-2021 – 110 Victoria Avenue - This application is to request a minor variance to allow one accessory building (gazebo) in the exterior side yard.
