As part of the Town of Fort Frances updating its Community Improvement Plan (CIP), the Town has retained WSP, a consulting form, to assist with this project. A Draft Community Improvement Plan Background and Recommendations Report (June 2026) has been developed by WSP to assist with consultation and development of this project, and is available for review here.
