OFF-SEASON

Special September Hours

In September, we have special hours to coincide with the 150th Anniversary Travelling Exhibit on display from September 12 to 26.

September 9–30, 2025

  • Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 11:00 am – 4:00 pm
  • Thursday: 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm
  • Saturday: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

October to Mid-May 

  • Monday to Wednesday, Friday: 11:00 am – 4:00 pm
  • Thursday: 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm

*Admission during the off-season is by donation. 

Please note: The Lookout Tower is closed during the off-season.

PEAK SEASON

Mid-May to Early September:

  • Tuesday to Saturday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm

The Museum is closed for all statutory holidays and for two weeks at Christmas.

*Walking Tours: You must register and pre-pay ahead of the tour. Groups of 10 participants or more will be eligible for our discounted rate of 20% off the total cost or $8 per participant. The maximum number of participants is 30, although this is subject to change.
